DAY 3

Most of the demo of all the existing framing that was up on the second floor is complete and we are now working on the first floor; the garage and retail space. We are taking out a wall between the two so that the Chasing Cali Work + Play Cafe will go from 1300 sfqt to close to 3800sqft! The back area where the garage currently is will hold the private office spaces, open space for events and quiet kid-free area for individuals that need a little more freedom to concentrate/meet with their own clients.

We can’t wait to see everything completely gutted so we can start to truly plan the layout that will work best for the coffee/drink bar, kids play area and the co-working clients spaces.
